The current humanitarian needs of Haiti, where food//water are an immediate priority, in...the second stage of this humanitarian aid, has to be shelter.

I suggest...our forest industry has the capability to develop a housing unit that can be packaged/shipped possibly ten houses in one shipping container.

What would be important is...each unit could be of such simple design that would allow for latter wood frame additions as a local individual need developed.
